Even though we offer the service of a small boutique real estate closing firm we are able to offer the lowest fees in the country. The cost for our “All-Inclusive” real estate closings are only $199.
This fee includes all of the following fees wrapped into one tidy little sum:

How can we offer fees that are hundreds below our competition?
The answer to this is one that other title companies don’t want their clients to know. Every time a home is purchased or refinanced the lender requires title insurance to be purchased at closing. We receive a portion of the premium for each title insurance policy that we issue during the transactions that we close on. Because of this we feel that we don’t need to gouge our clients with excessive closing fees.
Other title companies and real estate law firms hide this fact and still charge fees that could add up to thousands more than we charge for the same closing. For example a recent “split” closing we conducted where we represented the buyer and another large local firm represented the seller showed our fees to be $2,100 less than the other firm.
